To meet your training requirements within a reasonable timescale subject to certain conditions.
Data Protection
K and W and Daughters complies with all requirements of the Data protection Act 2018.
Clients data is held on file for 2 years and is kept locked in secure storage, after 2 years the data is destroyed securely. Further details are set out in our Data Protection Policy document.
Needs and Expectations
We will Inform you as soon as possible if your training or test needs to be amended, rescheduled or in extreme circumstances cancelled.
We will supply you with fair notice and appropriate communication in respect of your training or any issues that may arise preventing us from fulfilling our training obligation to you. In those circumstances we will always endeavour to provide alternative dates for training and testing as appropriate.
On occasion we will seek feedback from you to improve the service and training to better meet the needs of our customers.
Training Fees & Payment
K and W and Daughters will provide you with a clear pricing policy specific to your training requirements.
Payment for training shall be made in advance, no later than 14 days prior to training commencing. K and W and Daughters reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements at their discretion.
Deposit & Refunds
A deposit is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable. In certain circumstances and at the discretion of K and W and Daughters a refund may be issued as a gesture of goodwill.
Customers Obligations
We require you to inform us if you no longer wish to receive training and or a driving test by informing us in writing giving at least 10 days-notice, stating reasons you no longer wish to continue.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, it is important we are made aware so that every opportunity can be taken to resolve the issue(s). We will work with you to ensure any grievance is addressed. If you do wish to raise an complaint, please do so in writing, by email on keithwilliamshgv@aol.com or by letter addressed to K and W and Daughters, 19 Burnham Road, Latchingdon, CM3 6EU.
